Capuccino Bar

Looking for a unique idea that hasn’t already been seen at all the weddings before yours?  Try a cappuccino cart serving warm, yummy treats to your guests all night.  This is a great alternative for a non-alcoholic reception so guests have a better variety of drinks.  If you are having alcohol at your reception, this is a great addition and gives guests more options that they will appreciate.  What better way to finish off a great night!

The cart itself can add elegance to your venue as well. Your reception hall may offer a cappuccino cart of their own or you can rent one from an outside vendor.

A few things to consider before you decide on this service:

  • Will your reception hall offer or allow this service?
  • Is there room in the reception hall for the cart?
  • Will this service fit in your budget?
  • Will you offer this service throughout the night or just after dinner?

Looking for something even more unique to add on to this idea?  Find a vendor that creates monograms or other designs on each cup of cappuccino.  If you have used your monogram on other items, this is a great way to carry the theme throughout the night.  The monogram or other design will add a special touch of romance to every cup of cappuccino.

Not sure if cappuccinos are the ideal drinks for your guests?  Most carts also provide a menu of other drinks to enjoy.  Some examples are Espresso, Macchiato, Cuban Coffee, Latte and Chai Tea.  Don’t worry about the kids – most carts will also offer hot chocolate for them to enjoy.  For an extra splash of your personality, create a signature coffee drink for your guests.

A cappuccino bar is the perfect way to ensure that your guests will never forget your wedding day.
