CineMonday – Indian Wedding Film by Fifth and Main Productions
Happy CineMonday everyone! I woke up to the surprise of 6 inches of snow on the ground, with more expected. At least we have the day off to play!
To kick start your Monday, we have a beautiful Indian wedding video from Fifth and Main Productions. I’ve been watching this team for a few years and they have consistently created wonderful movie trailers for their South Asian couples. Since it’s a snowy day here, I thought nothing could be better to feature than a summer, outdoor wedding with bright colors. Aarti and Atul’s wedding film is sure to cheer you up!
MUST-SEE MOMENTS
- The incredible intricacy of the bride’s mehndi in the opening shot of the video
- The ELEPHANT! And for the first time that I’ve seen, the groom AND the bride got a ride =)
- Orange bridesmaids saris!
- A flowy mandap ideal for any chic and simple bride
How they fit an entire Indian wedding day into a film under 2 minutes is a mystery to me, but I loved every second!
That’s it for today. I’m off to play in the snow (i.e. stay indoors and watch my hubby and son play in the snow!)
