This Jaipur Palace Indian Wedding is Full of Colours and Life

Tusshar and Garima give us destination wedding goals. This quintessential couple travelled far, far away from their place of stay to their homeland where they chose to knot it up, full Indian style, with parents, friends and family in attendance. The pair opted for a regal two-day affair at Jaipur’s Taj Jai Mahal Palace to get hitched. Few knew that the two days were the crystallization of a year of planning, and making ends meet for the two to be able to spend as much time together as they could. The Palace stood witness not to an ordinary modern day romance, but a tale of loving despite the hardships and plunges life throws unprecedented. Nevertheless, our favourite part about this wedding was how relaxed the couple looked- and why wouldn’t they? Garima looks especially stunning, even as she has haldi smeared on to her face - we love the bright pink kurta contrasting with the yellow of the haldi!
The Rajasthani mela-themed mehendi ceremony caught our eye, thanks to the bubble-gum colours used by the decor team. We thought this was a fun way to liven up an otherwise usual ceremony with the traditional colours!
"We used bubble gum hues for the Rajasthani themed décor with latkans, marigolds, puppets and a photo booth which had an ornamented cycle with Rajasthani umbrellas. An installation of the couple’s initials looked outstanding. There were a lot of fun activities for the guests like kite flying, balloon shooting, live lac Bangle maker. Towards the end, all guests released wishing balloons."
Another event that calls for a huge shout out to the planning and decor teams was the Sufi night. The regality of the historic site could barely match up to how well the palace had been decorated through the days.

"Inspired by Moroccan nights, this one had so many amazing things embedded in it. The deep celestial blue conjured up visions of royalty. The entrance pathway had life size Sufi lamps and the décor included lots of mirror hangings and candle wall hanging for the stage and also lanterns as centerpieces."
We loved the couple as they posed together for photographs. Kudos to the photographers for bringing alive even the simplest of shots, yet making our hearts warm with the love the photographs exuberate. From the most stunning shots of the bride, to those of the decor, we feel intimately connected to every aspect as if we were in attendance ourselves!
The massive crystal-cut chandelier at the center of the mandap seemed to shower heavenly blessings on to the couple as they got hitched. Moreover, the peach and pink hues accentuated the colours of the room, and brought the bride and groom into the center of everyone’s attention.
As for Tusshar and Garima, the two give us serious love goals. We adore how they pose together, all dolled up in their plushest best- be it Tusshar’s dapper denim and suede look, or Garima’s gorgeous red crop top and flared skirt, we absolutely love how the two balance and complement each other’s looks.
