Users – We intend Indian Wedding Site to always be a free service. If this should ever change, we will give you plenty of notice. You will NEVER be charged for anything without your authorization.
Businesses – You can register for free with a Basic listing. You can also upgrade your listing to a Featured or Spotlight listing by requesting a Media Kit. You will NEVER be charged for anything without your authorization.
Privacy - Indian Wedding Site reserves the right to modify its privacy policy in its reasonable discretion from time to time.
License Grants - Indian Wedding Site grants you a limited license to use the Service, solely for your own internal business or personal purposes subject to the terms of this Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you grant to Indian Wedding Site the non-exclusive, worldwide, right to use, copy, store, transmit and display your Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service as intended. You shall not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise make available to any third party the Service or the Content, (ii) modify or make derivative works based upon the Indian Wedding Site technology or the Content; (iii) commercially exploit the Service or the Content in any way, or (iv) create Internet “links” to the Service or “frame” or “mirror” any Content contained in, or accessible from, the Service on any other server, wireless or Internet-based device without obtaining written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Indian Wedding Site and its licensors.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account(s) and password(s) and for restricting access to your computer. We reserve the right to delete any account which we believe is not appropriate for this website.

Additional Rights – Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
Modification to Terms - Indian Wedding Site reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service at any time and shall notify Customer by posting an updated version of this Agreement on the Service. Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute Customer’s consent to such changes.
