Our courses are for hospitality industry particularly those involved in marketing to or hosting Indian couples and their wedding parties. Typical trainees include those in roles such as wedding coordinators, travel booking agents, catering sales staff, decorators, chefs, marketing personnel, hotel management.

There is a strategic module for management and marketing. There are tactical modules for frontline staff interacting with couples and guests.

COURSE 1

Indian Wedding Course

The Indian Wedding Course is particularly for wedding coordinators, travel booking agents, catering  sales staff, decorators and chefs. This course is available in both online (live and recorded) and onsite formats. In addition, the Indian Wedding Course includes a PDF manual. By the end of the course, learners will have a thorough understanding of Indian wedding ceremonies, traditions and trends allowing them to confidently host and delight an Indian wedding couple. COURSE 2

Strategic Sales Course

The Strategic Sales Course is designed to help wedding coordinators, travel agents and catering sales staff learn strategies for booking Indian weddings during during the sales process. This course is available only to be taught onsite with extensive role playing. By the end of the course, learners will have a thorough understanding of important ques to qualify and book Indian wedding. It is strongly recommended that learners take the Indian Wedding Course in advance of this Strategic Sales Course. This course includes the following modules:

  • Qualifying South Asian Prospects and Opportunities
  • Asking Questions that reveal underlying motives
  • Isolating and Overcoming Objectives
  • Closing based on certain Sales Queues

The Strategic Marketing Course is designed for wedding department managers and directors, hotel marketing personnel and executive management, and available only in live onsite format.
