Tennessee Indian Sikh Wedding - Sraddha & Harmit (I)

We're on a roll with beautiful Real Weddings and are eager to introduce you to Sraddha and Harmit's big TN wedding, photographed by Phindy Studios. We have some great details from the bride so lets get to them!

From the bride: "Sraddha and Harmit’s wedding was a fusion filled day of friends, foods, cultures and traditions.  Harmit is Sikh Punjabi and Sraddha is Hindu Nepali and thus they represented both cultures and countries by having two ceremonial weddings on the morning of November 6, 2010.  The couple had all the elements of the traditional Sikh and Hindu wedding, but also included an extra flair by incorporating some cultural traditions such as the Punjabi Milni and the Nepali Sai Pata, among others."

The couple were first married in a Sikh wedding ceremony, or Anand Karaj.

How cute are these two?? We'll be right back with their Hindu Nepali wedding, and a great idea for those of you planning similar multi-faith weddings.
