With Memorial Day behind us the unofficial start to summer has kicked off, but today we're transporting back to Labor Day Weekend (also better known as the weekend Hurricane Issac emerged) with Aparna and Mihir's wedding celebrations! Today's wedding photographer, the amazing Jessica Strickland Photography, captured the vibrant colors and details of our couple's wedding weekend flawlessly. Aparna and Mihir's wedding kicked off with a wet and wild baraat and wedding ceremony at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott. Aparna wore a gorgeous kundan necklace and earrings with a gold payal and multi-colored bangles.

To set the beautiful stage, Yanni Design Studio laid a gold runner from the entrance to the mandap and had phenomenal manzanita trees at the beginning of the aisle and on the mandap with flowers and crystals swarming them. Then there were tall vases perched on top of pillars lining the aisle filled with colorful flowers and crystals, and lights strategically placed under the pillars to illuminate the whole room. The whole ambiance was absolutely breathtaking!
