We are flying off to gorgeous Costa Rica today to celebrate Anokhi and Amit's wedding by Nadia D. Photography. This beautiful couple celebrated their union with four amazing events in paradise which included a Mehndi and Sangeet, Hindu wedding ceremony, reception and trash the dress shoot!
I've gone on and on about my love for Nadia D. Photography before so it should be no surprise how obsessed I am with her latest work. I love these two shots of Anokhi. Her eyes are so seductive and her suit is absolutely gorgeous. I've never seen an Indian suit with that kind of draping in the back. The fall is so elegant!

Anokhi shares how her and Amit's love story began and the inspiration behind their big day:
Amit and I met during his last year in med school. The year we met was amazing since we traveled a lot together and we grew closer because of it. Therefore, it was absolutely perfect when he proposed in Madrid, Sprain at the Temple De Debod. I had never experienced a relationship being so effortless. Amit has always put me first in his life (since day one) so I can say I am one lucky girl.
Our wedding was such a fairytale. It's almost hard to describe because it was so surreal. We just used Costa Rica's natural beauty to help dictate our wedding. Our view overlooked both the rainforest and the beach! Our wedding was chic, lavish, but very intimate. It was everything we desired and more. We literally would not change anything about it. Our vendors truly took care of us and Events & Experiences gave us our dream wedding.
If these images don't make you want to immediately book a flight to Costa Rica, I am not sure what will. The heavenly beach, crystal clear water and blue skies made it the perfect spot for a waterfront portrait session. Love how adventurous the bride and groom were!
Nadia D Photography blew it out of the park with these reception portraits. Anokhi's two toned lengha inspired gown is one of the most beautiful reception outfits I have ever seen. Paired with Nadia's impeccable eye for setting up a portrait, these images are truly one-of-a-kind!
