Lakme Fashion Week Winter Festive 2014 ended on a high note with the Absolute Salon Grand Finale by
Manish Malhotra.
The designer’s collection, entitled "Gloss," was an amalgamation of long gowns, skirts, saris, and lehenga cholis, all embellished with diamond studded sequins and embroidery work. Speaking about his creations he says, "My new collection marries the concept of high-gloss with contemporary mirror-work, bringing alive "GLOSS" in a form which every neo-bride is wanting to explore."
Malhotra’s favorite muse,
Kareena Kapoor, donned a metallic purple lehenga with two shades of grey, a diamond and silver studded jacket, and a netted chunni.
