The celebrations began with a traditional Mehendi ceremony where the bride and other guests had lovely henna tattoos made on their hands and feet. The bride in her green ethnic attire, groom in his yellow kurta-pyjama, stood out in their finery as the friends and family danced the night away.
This night of merriment was followed by a daytime poolside party where Kamran’s buddies enjoyed a casual morning of prankster fun. The cocktail night was the most vibrant affair of it. It presented the perfect balance between traditional ritualism and new-age celebration. The event began with a few rituals where the Zainab and Kamran were a picture of soon-to-be-wed perfection.
Zainab was beautifully decked up in an orange ethnic floor-length anarkali, while Kamran looked dapper in his red and gold sherwani. After the rituals, the guests enjoyed a variety show which included performances from friends and family. In fact, both bride and groom took to the stage to shake a leg, making the cocktail night, a most memorable.
The long series of festivities concluded with a beach wedding with stunning Mexican waters in the backdrop. Zainab was a vision in her white, flowy gown, gliding down the sandy gown to Kamran. The groom complemented her beauty in his crisp blue suit. All friends and family watched in wonder and pride as the couple exchanged vows and rings to signify their lifelong union as Man and Wife.
