Lakme Fashion Week Day 3 Highlights

Day 3 of Lakme Fashion Week featured two of my absolute favorite designers, Anita Dongre and Payal Singhal. Both designers brought their A games to the fashion runways with their vibrant prints and textured fabrics. First up we're highlighting Anita Dongre's Love Notes Collection.

According to Vogue India: "Anita Dongre’s ‘Love Notes’ collection was aimed at the destination bride, the fuss-free woman who doesn’t want to be drowning in heavy layers on her big day. Floral and geometric prints, pretty pastels, and minimal embroidery formed the basis of the collection, which was rounded out by a show-stopping look worn by Sonakshi Sinha."

Next up to hit the runway stage was Payal Singhal's Sitara collection. Featuring floral patterns, Singhal's latest looks were inspired by contemporary indian royalty. Soft pastels, baring midriffs and sexy necklines Singhal's Sitara was the perfect mix between sexy and elegant.
